Our Approach
Christina Young -
My lived experience as a former foster youth passionately informs my work as a program designer and consultant for underserved populations. As a lived experience expert, I understand the unique challenges and barriers these communities face, which allows me to create programs that are not only effective but also resonate on a personal level. My journey has instilled in me a passion for advocacy and empowerment. I want to ensure that the voices of those we serve are at the forefront of every initiative. This perspective drives me to develop solutions that are both compassionate and impactful, and to guide organizations on the path to fostering real change in the lives of individuals who have been overlooked.

All of our program designs include accountability frameworks with indicators so that our clients can assess the effectiveness of their programs. Further, we provide training of facilitators and detailed facilitators guide to ensure messages and programs are communicated effectively and engage young people as intended. Mentored program delivery is part of all that we do.

In addition to helping our clients design and deliver better life skills programming for underserved youth, we also help them address secondary challenges such as high staff turnover that may be resulting from a perception of low program effectiveness; and inability to understand and communicate effectively with the young adults they are aiming to support.
